R400 cash

Good day, as per consultant, I do not get the R400 because I have an excess waiver, BUT I pay R85 extra for it, meaning they should calculate on my excess without the waiver and my amount -R85, correct? Yet you promise if you cant beat the insurance you will pay out. To bad you are not a Company of your word, it seams.
