R400 campaign does not apply to foreigners.
Just received and quote from OUTsurance after one of their persistent consultant called me several times. Finally agreed into getting a quote? After 40 mins of the quoting processing for vehicle, household, home content cover OUTsurance failed to beat my quote. However I wasn’t offered the R400 they state. I then went onto their T&Cs and noticed that it only applies to people with SA IDs. So OUTsurance is willing to sign me up for a policy and collect premiums every month but not willing to pay out on a campaign because I’m a foreigner? Just doesn’t sound right. Would love to know your reason for this.
