R400 Beat my Premium BS

Yesterday I took the R400 challenge, so I smsed Out to 44495 just like they said on 94 7, not even 2 min later i get a call from - Emmanuel Selekane, who i then asked me to call me later as i was in traffic, so he did my quote later in the day, He sent it and i asked to review it, turns out my current insurance is cheaper, therefore, R400 owed to me right? Wrong, Emmanuel Selekane didnt even mention it just said "thank you and yes they are much cheaper youre right" . So am i supposed to ask for this R400, or does outsurance have the mentality of "if they dont ask, dont pay it" mentality ? I actually am going to email Emmanuel Selekane to find out about this R400 cash back if they cant beat the current premium and i await someones response.
