R400 back if they can't beat your current insurer

I recently sent an sms to Outsurance after hearing an add on the radio that they would give you R400.00 back in cash if they couldn't beat your current insurance premium. . .<br> <br> They called me back within seconds of responding to the add and gave me a quote which was a few hundreds more than what I am currently paying, however there was no mention of any pay back of R400.00. . .<br> <br> Is this just a **** they use to get desperate people to sms them so they can keep their call centre agents busy??
