R400 a ****

I called Outsurance for a quote to actually move my insurance. My current vehicle insurance is in my mom's name, Im the regular driver. I then contacted outsurance to get a quote. I asked the agent if the quote can be in my name and if it will make any difference. He said no. So the quote from Outsurance was then in my name and they could not beat it at all. Then I claimed my R400, but then 5 minutes later they came back to me and said the information does not match because the quote is in my mom's name. So I changed it to her name and then still the quote from them was still the same amount. Then they said no they cannot pay me back my R400 because the comparison was done already. I understand. but the fact that when the quote changed from my name to my mom's name and me still the regular driver not even a cent changed. Outsurance PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME. This issue will stay unresolved so that EVERYONE can see your R400 promotion is bulls##t.
