R400.00 pay out not kept

Good day<br> 1. I took a car policy with Outsurance, after i produced my current schedule with MI-Way, when the schedule was sent i queried the incorrectly captured details, my policy was cancelled.<br> 2. Apparently Outsurance couldn't give me a better premium as it went higher than my current one & the one they offered, so i expected Outsurance to pay me R400.00 as promised, where is it? <br> 3. Was it my fault that your (Outsurance) sales person was not honest as i gave him the correct data as well as rectified when i learned?<br>
