R400.00 paid if they cant beat your premium

Outsurance its all rabbish.<br> When they advertise that if they can`t beat your premium they will give you back 400 rand.<br> That only applies if you are a new customer, even if is for cars not covered by them.<br> I am going to remove my existent cover from them.<br> All 2 quotes is much higher than my existent cover.
