R400-00 Cash back

I cancelled my insurance with Outsurance 2 months ago, still i have not received any cash Back.<br> I have send them the policy schedule for my new insurance and they have it on record with them, after asking me to send it to them for a review. My Insurance for the 1400 Polo Vivo dropped with R640.00.
