I sent a sms on 21st April to see if I qualified for the premium for my car that was cheaper than what I am paying at present. Outsurance could not better the price and I was told that they will send a link to my e-mail and till today I still did not get it. I phoned again on the 13th May and was told by a person by the name of Sithembiso that he will send the link and still I did not receive it.<br> They should not advertise if they cannot live up to their promise.<br> Thanks<br> R Perumal
