R1500 promotion is very *****

I did a quotation with this company and got feedback from a Lethabo Makgethe stating that I did not qualify as I have been with my insurance less than the prescribed period, which is not true.

She says the documents I sent states the date, which is incorrect. Although I recently added car hire on my policy, that doesn't change the inception date.

I asked her to send me the documents she claims I have sent stating the date she mentioned. She is refusing.

It was escalated to her manager, Nkully Lethea, who is also refusing to send me such documents as it's "against" company policy.

Let me get this straight: Requesting a document, which was sent by me, is "against company policy", although I'm the owner of that document? Does that make sense to anyone?

It doesn't take a genius to see that such a document doesn't exist. They don't want to pay for the promotion.

I even blasted them to my current insurance to alert them of the ***** ways OUTsurance operate and they are investigating.

NKULLY LETHEA, what are you hiding? Why are you refusing to send me MY document? I need to verify that the document exists. If it's from me, why are you refusing to send it back to the owner, which is ME?
