R1500 promotion is all lies

They advertise R1500 if they cant beat your premium all lies the lady just says it declines bye....will leave a complaint on here every day and every hour till this is sorted out

Gina our quote promotion manager has been in contact with you to address your concerns. You were already paid out for the quote promotion in February this year. As per our T’s and C’s, any person who has already received a payment for this or any other OUTsurance quote promotion in the last 24 months isn’t eligible - https://www.outsurance.co.za/globalassets/documents/outsurance-sa/personal/r1500_ts_cs.pdf.

No where was this communicated by the advisor I will keep on leaving complaints as this was wrong advise cant force me to do the quote and then call me after 4 calls to give me the T and C this is really shocking....I will complain till this is sorted out as I was forced to do the quote

Was paid 500 not 1500 so this was also wrong advise!

In February when we paid you the R500, you weren't with your insurer for 36 months. This was the reason for not paying you R1 500. 

Please note, all our adverts state T's and C's apply.

A proper validation was done. You didn't qualify for the R1 500.
