R1500 Lie
I was requested to participate in doing a quote with Outsurance and if they don't beat what I pay currently, they would give me R1500.
BIG LIE.
After sending all the required documents, I heard nothing from them. I have sent over 7 emails and no one has responded besides a weird call from a lady called Lethabo Masoga, who has been playing games with me requiring documents I have already sent multiple times.
For an insurer that claims to be the number 1 in the industry, their quote promotion looks like it's a big lie.
