**** R1500 insurance quote promo
Did an insurance quote and the premium was double what I pay to my current insurer. I have been claim free and with my current insurer for more than 3 years and received R500 from the quote promotion over 2 years ago.
I was supposed to get R1500 from Outsurance because they could not beat my premium. I was advised that the system was not allowing me to get the R1500 back and that they do not know why I do not qualify for the promo, they were going to escalate the query and provide feedback but they did not provide any feedback.
