R1500 false adverti*****t
I participated in a R1500 quote promotion from OUTsurance website and since they could not beat what I'm currently paying, they told me I qualified for a payout.
After uploading all the required documents, I got an SMS confirming that R1500 will be paid into my bank account. It's many days later and that hasn't happened.
My emails have been ignored. No feedback. Nothing. It's very unprofessional for an insurance company which claims to be the "number one insurance company for the past 12yrs".
