R13000 SETTLEMENT for a R 60000 claim. RIDICULOUS

Your client was 100% at fault. My vehicle market value is much more than the amount you say. my towing cost are R 6850, you want to pay me R1700. My vehicle hire is R16000 you want to pay R10 000. My vehicle damage is R 40 000. Your settlement offer is ridiculous. Please do tell me who would pay me salvage of 55.05% of the market value for the vehicle? I have sent you market value of the vehicle from santam of R 69 000.How can you say my vehicle market value is R 48500? Only a stupid man would accept your offer and i am 100% sure any lame man would agree. After mailing saying i don't accept you still have the audacity to send me the settlement forms. Also how come suddenly after me making a complaint and not accepting your first and second offer of settlement of R 0 and R 5000, now outsurance say my vehicle is a write off? Its shows how you'll try to not pay and lie.
