R 400 Quote promotion a ****
<p>This is the second time I have called outsurance to get a quote on my car insurance and they ar eunable to beat my current car insurance premiums. When it comes time to send the link to get cash back they "keep getting my email address wrong" yet I recieve an email from them during the call so clearly they have the right email address. If you can't stick to your promotional promises how would I know if you would stick to your policy promises. </p>
