R 400 Quote Promotion

I called Outsurance on 16th January 2018, whereby they could not beat current insurance. I was forwaded I link with One Time Pin to upload my current Policy Schedule and details so that the money can be paid out. However, each time I upload my current schedule and details the system automatically jumps back to OPT screen. It seems as if the system is programmed to do such. Please assist.
