R 400 lie

<p>My wife has been with Outsurance for almost 3 years. I bought myself a new car and she recommended on insuring it at Outsurance, which I did. They promised to deduct R 400 from my wife's premium as soon as they've received my first payment, because she recommended me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, that was already in Sep 2016 and my first payment was made in Oct 2016 and still the R 400 was never deducted of my wife's premium. </p> <p>I have contacted Outsurance call centre 5 times already in the past few months and every time I get the same excuse, " That our accounts was for some reason not linked".</p> <p>It's all empty promises. We are now thinking of moving all our insurance to someone more reliable. </p>
