Quotes for nothing

I did a quote with Outsurance online and an agent called me to finalised(which defeats the point on an online quote) the agent had me on the call for almost 10 minutes and at the nd the end the quotation was double what I am paying currently. I emailed for the payout because my quote was cheaper and since I had no claims in the last 3 years that would me R1500. I have only receive a reference number ( ***) and days passed no call I send though another email another reference number(***) and still no call. Imagine the doing business or trusting someone to insure you yet they cant even get back to you.
