Quoted, quoted rejected and then cover rejected?

Requested a quote and got a call from Jason, told him I was shopping around so he can send me the quote but you were more expensive. Then he offers me discount and I tell him thank you but the pricing is still higher so another quote + my funeral policy combined is still cheaper then I got told "sorry but you've been rejected" I asked him way and he says he thinks it because of my kidney stones? Really conveniently after I told him both your quotes were higher? Really kidney stones? Now I have to tell other insurers I was rejected which will push up my premium and by the looks of it ONLY because I didn't accept your quote. This after I was told I qualify.

PS I tried contacting you regarding this but your site said my ID is incorrect and I'm pretty sure I know my ID number
