Quote Promotion Campaign a Lie

I participated in Outsurance quote comparison campaign after receiving an email from them. They could not beat my premium.

I then received a call and subsequently an email from a Thurlo Adams who claimed to be working for their promotions department. This Thurlo said payment will be made to my nominated bank account within 5 working days. It's now 2 weeks later and that hasn't happened.

I have sent them a number of emails but they are ignoring them.
