Quote Promotion
Be weary of Outsurance’s so-called quote promotion. They could not beat my current premium and made excuses of me claiming two years ago.
Now they’re requesting a policy schedule not older than 30 days - meanwhile, the policy schedule I sent clearly says that it is valid from 09/2023 to 09/2024.
I can only imagine the kind of run-arounds they’ll do if you’re insured with them and want to claim.

It's a pity we were unable to offer you a saving at this time. Added to this, the quote promotion has Ts & Cs which need to be met. Amongst these, we will require a schedule of your current insurer which is not older than 30 days. You will also only qualify for a second payment after 2 years.
We are requesting our quote promotion manager to contact you and discuss these with you. She will also send you a copy of the relevant Ts & Cs.
