I spent a painstakingly 1 hour on the phone getting a new quote for my insurance. After that outsurance could not beat my current insurer. They where R400 more expensive and I do not pay access at my current ensurer. After that I received a promo email which does not even load or allow me to upload any documents. I have been on the phone being passed from one person to another with no luck. Please can someone contact me with regards to this.
