Quote for new cover with outsurance

Two months ago i requested a quotation with outsurance, however they could not beat the cover that i currently have. the consultant promised that someone will call me me so that I can get a payment of R400.00 as stated in their advert. needless to say that to date I have not received a call.<br> It appears that outsurance is lying in their advert.
