i called Outsurance to get a quote, 2 days later my account is debited with the amount quoted on, without me accepting the quote. i queried this and was promised to be called back and feedback to be provided regarding the call recording, to date, no-one at Outsurance has contacted me. in the interim i have been qoted half the amount Outsurance charge me. extremeley dissapointed in the lack of professionalism from outsurance. with all the hype and money spent on your catchy advertising, the talk around Outsurance will defnately not be a positive one from my side.
