A week ago I received a call from nikita Naidoo in pta branch lady took me through the quote process and explained nicely the cover and tried to beat my premium I explained to her that I was working but I’ll spare some time and complete the process and she explained to me if they can’t they will compensate for my time. Quote came back it was high than expected she advised that I receive a call from promo team to settle my promotion cash compensation. Guy called by the name of a guy calls in on Thursday at 8:28 to request document I called my insurance to request exactly what he asked for my insure provide me with those documents i forwarded them to *** the guy phone again he advised that it is not documents he is looking for and when I called my insurance again they advised that this is what we can provide with a claim free email confirmation I emailed back and requested to be remove from the system as what I was promised did not happened I wonder if this was about being a black person because it gives me a run around to avoid paying and because black people will not complain. In request of being removed from the system I receive a survey this morning to review the satisfaction. No one will compensate time which I took out of my work schedule call bill and data just to be given a run around to avoid paying. I wouldn’t have said anything however I still receive email ***3 to do survey that means that the person assisting do not honour up and he is hired to just reject claims. I don’t have a problem with nikita I have a problem with given a run around to avoid pay and still retain data in system fooling us in believing that the claims are valid or maybe it’s just black people you are doing this too. I have reasonable number of following in other social media platforms I did respect the business enough to not review the process to find people who will relate to my situation. Please if you promise something do deliver
