When I returned back to work during level 4 I decided to shop around for "affordable" for car and house content insurance after I saw and ad on TV I decided to call them and see if I can save some money. To my surprise the premium offered almost double to what I'm currently paying. The lady at the other hand apologizes that I can't switch and says she will get someone to call about other products they selling and will send me an email to complete because I couldn't save Outsurance will give me R500.00. Never heard from them again no email or phone regarding the other products she talked about. Dissapointed they do not honour to their promises, such a big business.
