Quite sutisfuing experince

My recent experience with Outsurance was quite satisfying. I recently placed 2 consequitive claims of my car insurance policy, which were promptly processed and executed. The reason I did not give 5 out of 5 rating is that I had a preference to get the first claim paid out to me instead of taking my car to panelbeater assigned by Outsurance, which was refused.
