Quick to help with burst geyser

My geyser decided to burst after more than 10 years. Outsurance was very quick to call back after I filled in the simple claim form on the website. The lady on the phone seemed cheerful and was also quick to arrange for a plumber to sort out my situation. She also called back a couple of times to check on the status of my situation including afterwards to check if there were any more problems. The whole process was smooth.
