Quick response to my call for towing, quick call back and assignment of claims advisor. Claims advicer was Tiisetso, she quickly picked up my personality and character and matched it, which was so pleasant. Outsurance communicated clearly leading to concluding my claim and paying me earlier than their estimated time of 48 hours. I'm staying with them
