Quick, efficient service from OUTsurance
My geyser burst on Tuesday morning, at about 7:30am. I called OUTsurance, and they processed the claim super quickly. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and a new geyser was installed and ready just after lunchtime.
Lizelle Gouws was great throughout, exceptionally helpful; she kept in touch and made herself available in case anything else was needed.
Geyser bursts and such are unpleasant experiences, but OUTsurance and Lizelle made it bearable and ensured it was sorted out quickly.
