Quick Efficient Service

Car had flat tyre and I was not able to loosen the nuts on the wheel, so called Outsurance and they very kindly arranged for Shane's Tow Service to come out to assist me. I received a ref. no. and the waiting period and within 15 minutes the tow truck was there to assist. The driver was super helpful changing the tyre for me and advising where I could get the puncture repaired AND he did not make me feel like a idiot old woman!!
