Quick and helpful cancellation of policy

<p>Thank you very much Roelene Jacobs for your understanding way of handling clients with needs. Concerns were addressed and not being able to come to a solution, policy were cancelled without trying to convince me otherwise. Thank you Outsurance and especially Roelene.</p>
