Query on premium increment

I had a query regarding the increase on my monthly premium, only to find out during a call that an increment letter was sent over a month ago i had missed. I phoned an spoke to Tsego who managed to sort it out for me and had my premium reviewed. Very friendly, detailed and helpful feedback.
