Qoute promo promise still unfulfilled
Was on one lengthy quote promotion that if they can't beat your current insurance they will give you R400. A link is sent to submit evidence in order to receive the R400 but the link actually directs you to a screen detailing that: Details have already been captured for this quote number. Should you need to change those details please contact our Call Centre. Not knowing if it is a technical glitch.
