Putrid customer service from outsurance pets

I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I constantly get from outsurance pets! Every claim made is frustrating with agents not even doing follow ups and me having to keep call to sort claim out! I spoke to a female agent by the name of ***etso/Kathlego as she wasn't clear....to assist me with processing a claim. It's been days and no one had contacted me no one has even attempted to respond via email. Yesterday I used my time and airtime to call these agents and spoke to her and she promised to call me to sort this claim out. It's the next day and no one has attended to this! I'm highly frustrated and appalled by their customer service it's always a battle getting things done with them! Hope higher management will actually attend to this as I'm constantly having issues.
