PURE UTTER DISGUSTING AND HARASSMENT BY OUTSURANCE CLAIM ADVISOR

I am over flooded with emotions right now and that is mostly with ANGER. i have logged a claim via the OUTSURANCE app that is so promising, right done it in 5 minutes got back a notification with my claim adviser followed with a sms notification i rep**** to say the adviser can call me back. Swiftly went through the claim again as submitted on the app he told me that they would collect my Tv to check the extent of the damages . That was arranged and done so quick the next day the collected my Tv. They just made me sign to take the Tv and told me the insurance would contact me. On friday I got a call from a guy claiming to be from Outsurance and was very *****, he asked me if they collected the tv yet and if we could meet up to talk and so forth. I then delayed the meet to contact my adviser to validate this person working for outsurance because the questions he asked he should have had access to the information and why would he want to meet with me. I then got a confirmation email from my previous adviser to say that he will be helping me with my claim moving forward. I then lost my Grandfather on Monday and therefore have been going through the most as we have to be getting funeral arrangements in place and its been tough on my family, on Thursday which is today i returned back to work and then thought I would meet with this guy as he advised it would only take 30 minutes, we then met and at first it was normal questions that was asked and i could not understand how this could not be done telephonically however it then started becoming intense when he asked me access to my bank statements and offered to take me to the bank to get a bank statement be mindful that he was AWARE of my grandfathers recent death and the state i was in and he was just plain rude as he had no tac on how he spoke to me as a customer and secondly he wasted 30 minutes of my time where he could've asked me whatever needed to be done via email. I am still angry as i am typing this email. He then tells me well if you do not wish to continue then send me a withdraw letter , and then we can be over and done with it. Firstly I do not understand why they need a bank statement from me as this question could not be answered Secondly, I have the invoice of the Tv that I bought Thirdly they easy to harass you when you claim but quick to advertise how excellent their services are yet what i experienced today is utterly disgusting and i am still in shock of this. How quick was he to bully me into withdrawing my claim so he does not have to deal with all the extra admin because he tells me i now have to follow up with the company to verify if the Tv was purchased from them after I told him i would provide proof of purchase that I have on my email. Im honestly not sure if i should just withdraw the claim as the adviser suggested because i certainly do not want to deal with that guy again. I think its because i am overwhelmed as well with the funeral arrangements and then to have to deal with this its just to much really
