Protecting the guilty by threatening the innocent

I was leaving a parking lot when Sandra Hollerman reversed out of her parking bay into the SIDE of my vehicle. <br> On site she admitted that she reversed into my vehicle and handed me all her contact information. I then called her the next day and she told me that she will not take responsibility for what happened, she will not make a claim with Outsurance, as she does not want to loose her \\no-claim-bonus\. <br> I was then told I must speak to her agent at Outsurance.
