Prompt, helpful and kind service

<p>Had a string of disasters (burst geyser damaging the ceiling) and house break-in (forced entry with the damaged building and ****** jewellery, tv, laptops...), so I had to claim twice in short succession. All the Outsurance staff in the claims department (e.g. Anthony Coleman, Daniel Moleko, Hellen Sibanda, Ronnie Kelbrick) and the customer service (e.g. Tess Waller), the assessors, and the building companies (e.g. GTR construction) who has helped me has been very kind and knowledgeable, assisting me through these troubled times to repair my house and replace many of my lost items. I am overall very satisfied with their service (although I hope I will not need to make use of their service in the future).</p>
