Prompt, exceptional service

I have pet insurance with OUTsurance. Their service has been exceptional, both when I have needed emergency treatments, and for routine care. This week I took my pets to get their routine annual vaccinations and submitted the claims that evening. By 8:10 the next morning I had notifications that the money was approved on its way to my account. Thank you!
