Prompt, efficicient and great turn around time received on my claim

I logged a claim on Monday night for fire which was caused by my son's cell phone battery explosion. I received a call first thing Tuesday morning to provide detailed statement and in the afternoon I received a call from an Assessor from ALLSURE Floods and Fire. On Wednesday an Assessor came, she was very helpful and provided a detailed assessment report to OUTsurance. On Friday I received a call from OUTsurance to process the claim. I could not believe how quick and efficient they were in responding to my claim, best service I have never received before I was wowed. Keep up the good work!!!
