Prompt and amazing service

<p>On Thursday morning, 29 September 2016 my wife blacked out as she was reversing out of the driveway. The driveway gate was stilled so she smashed into the galvanised gate, and dragged it with the car into the road with her car ending up in the neighbour's driveway gate. I contacted Dineo Hotane (Advisor at OUTSURANCE). She then contacted Patrick Brouard (email: ********** to assess the damage to the wall and the gate. </p> <p>Patrick arrived soon after my call with Dineo. He was sympathetic and carefully spoke me through the procedures he was doing in completing the assessment. He went the extra mile to contact the electrician to not test my gate motor as he checked that it was working properly. He then contacted Dominator Doors to do a 'makeshift' repair to my gate so that my property could be secured until the new gate arrives. </p> <p>By 16:30 my place was secured and all reports were completed. I am so thankful to Patrick for his quick response and effort he made to make my family feel safe. I only wish that other businesses will produce such exemplary service as well to their clients. </p> <p>Well done Patrick Brouard!! </p>
