They contacted me to give me an insurance quote after I told them I already have a better deal. They went through the whole process. Couldn't beat me current insurance. When they sent me the link for the R 400 promotion I queried the R 800 promotion and the call center agent e-mailed me. After responding to him, he never contacted me again. I'm still waiting on his reply.
