Promotion of R500 is not transparent - time wasting

I fell into a trap with outsurance R500 promotion. a Sales consultant from outsurance contacted me to do a quote, and she said if she cant beat my current insurance, she will pay me R500. This was a lie or empty promise. She just wasted an hour of my time, and still couldn't beat my premium of my insurer. How do you tell a consumer that you will get R500 but not deliver on what was said. (Their calls are recorded). Just received feedback that they cant pay me because I already received a R500 in 2023, and because another quote was done within 24 months, they cannnot pay me again. Their system is not working, their consultants must have known this, she shouldn't have said she will give m R500 if I don't qualify. This promotion is not transparent and just raises serious concerns about their reliability and customer services.
