Promotion of R400-R800

I asked outsurance to give me a quote to see if I can not save on my current insurance, there price was higher I went back to my insurance and got a better deal. Outsurance did phone me back I did inform Mr Joel that I got a better price, and ask him what about the promotion you got you did not get me a better price and I did not claim. He was not very friendly when I asked him about it and said they will send me a email a week has since passed and not one word from outsurance. If you promoted these promotion you must keep at your word. Very dissapointed.
