Promotion is a **** Motor Vehicle Insurance

Outsurance has this promotion where they give you a R500-R1500. So I contacted them to revise my premium I have with another insurer. They could not beat my current insurer and when I contacted the again I told them my insurer gave me a lower discount and then the agent was rude and said did you use our quotation to get a discount at your insurer and I said no you have not even sent me a quote then she just said I will send the link for the promotion bye. Which was very rude I called at 13:24 on the 13th August 2025. I hope you will listen to my recording Nadia picked up but transferred me to a Lerato and Lerato was plain rude. Is it not advertised that anyone can benefit from the promotion. Don't advertise something you cannot back.
