Promo- FALSE ADVERTISMENT

I have recently been contacted by their promotion department regarding getting a quote. So I was informed a while back there quote is very high compared to my currenrt insurance company so I told them my motorcycle would not be insured with him. However the sales individual told me if they cannot beat my current deal they will pay me R500. I told him well sir there is no chance of beating it but sure if you willing to risk R500 I will do your 30 min questions on my motorcycle! So after the quote was done its wat almost double my current insurance. He said he will send the email with the link to get the R500. No email was sent and 2 weeks go by. I call Outsurance they simply tell me "Oh sir motorcycles are not covered by this promo" which makes no sense as they person called me out of his own knowing its a motorcylce. They then overed me R150 to make it right but now I have to called them 5 times waste R60 airtime trying to get hold of them and they are still not answering. I keep on getting the same response.. "we will leave a note for them to contact you" today was the third time and they closed today and still no response! They are false advertising and *****ing your time with LIES! YOU SEE ALL THESE PROMOS OF THEY WILL PAY YOU BACK BUT THEY DONT! Its all LIES DONT FALL FOR IT JUST SAY NO! My current insurance is R780 they wanted to charge me with a large excess with a monthly payment of R1200...
