Promised R400 still havent received the link

I requested a better Premium a month. Which Outsurance could not beat. So is only fair to live up to what they advertise which is if we can not beat your Current car Insurance we give you R400 cash. I was Promised the Link and still haven't received this... so would just like what was promised to me please. Thank you
