Promise not honoured by outsurance
Promised not delivered I was promised R1500 for my time by outsurance consultant by the name of Thabang if he can't beat my current which he didn't but at end of a call I had to ask him for it as he was just hanging without touching on a subject.When I did he said he I will get an SMS which I did but now the SMS saying I should get an email with instructions on how to claim for the R1500 ever since the call I haven't received no email so I called them as he said I should so I did and a lady called Lerato said I would get call from them after the view the quote which I didn't even today.
