Promise kept. I am impressed with the great service received

I spoke to Brandon yesterday,there were certain things I needed to discuss with my partner before going ahead with the quote. Brandon said he would call me today which I didn't believe as normally promises from call centre consultants are not kept. To my surprise he called at the time we agreed and helped me.
